Comparative Card Game

How much do you know about the states which compose our geopolitical environment? For example, can you guess the country that consumes the most wine per capita? Just in case, it’s the Vatican with a staggering 62.2 litters of wine per head, per year. That’s 16.6 more litters than the French. Perhaps it’s just me, but scanning “facts and figures” books (such as the Economist’s World In Figures) guarantees hours of delight. However, there is something a bit disturbing in boiling down a country and its people to a set of figures. I wanted to create a game able to encapsulate both sentiments: Factoid is a comparative trivia card game about statistical indicators pertaining to nation states.
